I first heard about Oxymoronica when I stumbled upon the book Oxymoronica at a bookstore. That book became an instant favorite of mine — full of humorous and interesting quotes from many different personalities.
The author, Dr. Mardy Grothe, also has a website that includes a ton of oxymorons and other content. He even has the Oxymoronic Quote of the Week for those that like their oxymorons spoon fed to them.
